Acceptance Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for an Acceptance Manager who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area. The Acceptance manager will also plan and monitor service and material requirements needed to secure an efficient implementation of Site, Fiber Route etc. In this role, you will ensure work is executed within the project requirements.Responsibilities:You will organize and coordinate rolloutsHandle work orders and compensationPlan and follow up of quality assurancesKey Qualifications:Completed Bachelors degree in engineering (IT, Telecom)Involved in Telecom Projects (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Radio) as Manager or Team Lead.Minimum 8 Years experience and with strong negotiation skillsYou will need to have excellent leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindsetCoping with pressures and setbacksDelivering results and meet customer expectationsPlanning and interpersonal skills for large projects
