A/C & Admin Supervisor

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISORKey responsibilities include:
Supervise the daily account and finance operations, including taxation issues, cost control, cash flows and budgeting

· Prepares and report monthly and quarterly taxes due to BIR. Process yearly business permit renewal and other government reportorial submission and requirements.Liaison with local auditors and all other customary accounting and financial reporting functions.
Recruitment, payroll and other HR duties
Cooperates and provides necessary assistance to sales, marketing, and shipment teams for client orders, invoicing, purchasing, and shipments

Providing full support to accounting department, handling general accounting duties, accounting entry, AR / AP
Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and different departments to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving and results
Highly dependable and trustworthy
B.S. in Accountancy Graduate.

CPA not required but an advantage
Fluency in written and oral English is a must
3 years accounting/finance experience required
