3Pl Transport Supervisor I Valenzuela

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain all vehicles in top working order.
Manage the databases that detail transport activities, employee schedules and personnel records.
Lead a team of Dispatchers and drivers in carrying daily 3PL activities.
Ensure conformance of workplace safety and operations procedures.
Work closely with different units to ensure on time delivery and request are met.
Handle ad-hoc 3PL projects.
Manage contracts, metric maintenance, and truck sourcing and booking.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate.
At least 2 years' relevant experience, from Freight Forwarding and 3PL industry.
Must have strong knowledge on NCR and Luzon routes.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in managing a team is an advantage.
Must be wiling to travel.
