**Qualifications**:
- Must have at least 5 years of related experience in payroll and/or data analysis
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the financial services industry
- Understanding of Retirement Plans
- Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills a must
- Experience in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Word
- Knowledge of business analysis and ability to understand the logic behind data, including where it can from and the data's end purpose
- Experience in performing code-based programming solution to achieve a successful data conversion and in transforming massive amounts of data into the Client's Retirement product requirements and formatting
- Flexible work arrangement
**Responsibilities**:
- Expected to lead the Systems and Data Services team
- System set up, research, Change orders, Plan service file management, Online maintenance
- SMEs for business requirements
- Participate in remediation efforts
- Manage support mailboxes
