**Onboarding and Contracting Associate**

**Salary: $800-$1500**

**Mondays-Fridays; 1:00PM-10:00PM PHT**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Onboarding
- Introduce new joiners to the onboarding process and its requirements
- Carry out onboarding activities including: documents verification, agreement initiation, and employment verification
- Follow-up with new joiners regarding any missing documents and respond to their questions as needed
- Contracting
- Prepare contracts based on requirements of the staffing team
- Share contracts with independent consultants and follow the process until contracts are signed by all parties

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor degree in Business or relevant field
- 2+ years' experience in onboarding and/or employee relations in the professional services industry (previous experience in a management consulting firm is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
