2W Roll Out Manager

Job Description:
Manage and lead 2W roll out team about city expansion and ensure every process in city expansion is deploy properly align with process and within timely manner. Prepare geographical expansion planning to identify cities for rollout, develop an operational plan in preparation by wave city. Establish sales target and sales strategy in the region and monitor the roll out team to ensure they will meet their target performance. Analyze report mapping about geographical information, POS potention, Market update, competitor update to be follow up for POS opening plan. Control the roll out preparation and ensure every preparation is handle properly to support business operation ( New Office, IT equipment, Office equipment, POS equipment, Hiring/corporate and sales recruitment, Training development for RO & City team, Hotel & accomodation for RO team. Create strategy and lead the roll out team to meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives for new city. Monitor quality control & risk and coordinate with related function to create strategy to ensure the quality control & risk are manage well Lead and control the roll out team to ensure the all of City Team & Rollout Team is running well Minimum Qualifications:
Prefer Experience from 2W industry Main Dealer / Motor Financing Minimum Bachelor Degree (any major) Minimum 5++ years of 2W sales/project experience Good in English Knows of at least 70% of the region in Indonesia & Have a good networking around indonesia 2W Sales management experience Experience 2+ years in Motor leasing company Self-starter and highly motivated to drive and build business Have experience in retail channel development Willing to move every 3 Months based on City Expansion project basis.
