27- Property Investment Analyst

Minimum salary: 50K
Maximum salary: 80K

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Enter preliminary data into a pro forma excel worksheet template for real estate

acquisitions.
Data will come from several sources and be used to analyze the investment feasibility of different opportunities in commercial properties
- Work with accounting to enter invoices
- Create marketing packets for investor relations
- Track expenses and capital improvements for different projects
- Assist with tracking opportunities and using CRM software to prioritize the efforts of the owners
- Enter information into lease templates for owner review

**Requirements**:

- Experience in financial modeling, especially in Microsoft Excel
- At least one year of experience as an analyst is required, preferably in the real-estate industry
- Experience in underwriting is an advantage
- Experience in banking and financial services can also be considered
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's Degree and/or valid licenses and certifications in any of the following:
Accounting, Business, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Real Estate, Property Leasing, Property Management, or similar fields are considered advantages.

**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
