**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the identification and development of new cases by speaking with potential clients, requesting and assessing relevant documents, and summarizing the same
- Conduct interviews with potential clients and obtain documents from them
- Work with attorneys to conduct research and analyze potential claims
- Review and summarize information for attorneys at regular meetings
- Use lead intake software to record client information
- File documents electronically in US courts (training will be provided)
- Processing mail, including verifying document images and organizing electronic copies
- Bachelor's degree with the strong academic record
- Experience working in a client/customer-facing role
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and writing skills
- Experience working in a database, and with Microsoft Office, Adobe
- Demonstrated interest in the legal field
- Incredible attention to detail and ability to work well in a team setting, but also to be self-motivated
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills
- Fluent in the English language
- Experience with electronic filing in US federal courts is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in the field, but this is negotiable.
**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
