**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with Hiring Managers
- Use a multi-channel approach to recruit (including social media platforms, etc.)
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
- Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Conduct pre screening interviews.
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Preparing and sending offer packages.
- Preparing and sending new employee on-boarding packages and welcome
- Perform other special projects as assigned.
- Complete all training as directed by the supervisor.
- Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or similar roles is required.
Preferably with notable experience in staffing (i.e.
sourcing, recruiting, and handling interviews)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to type >50 words per minute at a minimum to take down notes and
minutes during interviews
- High level of organizational skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
spreadsheet software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any field is only preferred
but not required
**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
