**Responsibilities**:
- Vet, recruit, and manage social media influencers across Southeast Asia to inspire brand growth and word-of-mouth marketing with the ultimate objective of additional traffic and sales on our Shopify ecommerce store
- Aggressively build a self-sustaining, video-first content-production machine through deep relationships with our social media influencer community
- Direct and drive collaboration between internal team members and third-party marketing agency partners to ensure proper execution of livestreaming campaigns across target e-commerce marketplaces, Lazada and Shopee
- Work with regional distribution partners and clients to drive effective execution of global marketing initiatives and campaigns in the region
- This person will be responsible for conversing with folks in Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of any work experience in Project Management, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar roles from any industry
- Practical experience in managing programs with multiple stakeholders (i.e.
partners, influencers)
- Proven ability and expertise to coordinate and maintain relationships with social media influencers for brand partnerships, marketing initiatives, and content creation
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Shopify, Google Suite, Slack, Chrome, Google Suite, WhatsApp, Zoom
- Must have a natural passion for social media
- Professional proficiency in English: Above Average Communication Skills with a proactive attitude and innate propensity for getting things done
- Incredibly organised and has a self-starter mentality
- A natural excitement and hunger for cold, outbound lead generation; does not know the meaning on "no"
- Ability to hold third party individuals accountable yet motivated to drive agreed
- upon outcomes
- Thai proficiency is a great advantage
- Facebook ads/Google ads management experience is a bonus
**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
